I'M SAM

When I was younger, I spent far too long being extremely self conscious about my body, and lacked confidence with nearly everything I did. I was tall, thin, and had no idea what to do in the gym to change it.

 

Fast forward to today, and through working on my form in the gym, and building muscle and strength in my body, I'm now more confident in myself than ever.

I've spent years learning to move and train properly, so that now I can help those like me, do the same. Throughout my coaching, I'll help you to perfect your form and build muscle across your physique, so you have the confidence to wear whatever you want, whatever the occasion.

STRONGEST MAN

The love and passion for training has manifested itself into picking up the unique sport of strongman, where the body is tested rigourously through a range of different movements, with incredibly heavy weights.

​

And so I'm proud to say that with a recent competition win at Oxfordshire's Strongest man, against a tough field of athletes, you may not have a love for lifting this much, but you can rest assured you'll be in capable hands during the sessions and coaching.
